Q: Do you create custom orders?

A: Yes! We love to create custom orders. Tell us about your event and the person(s) it is for and we will create something special for you!

Q: How much notice do you need to complete a custom order?

A: We are usually booking at least two or three weeks in advance, but this is largely dependent on major holidays. We try our best to be flexible, so just give us a call!

Q: How much do your cookies cost?

A: Cookie prices are based on the size and design of the cookie. Prices start at  $2.50 per cookie for a regular sized (about 3 inch) cookie with two icing colours.

Q: Can you personalize my cookies?

A: Yes. We can personalize your order at no charge.

Q: Can I send you a picture of cookies I like and have you copy them?

A: No. We are happy to incorporate some of your favorite ideas into your cookie order for inspiration to make it one-of-a-kind for you, however, cookie design is like any other art form and we don't copy another artist's work. 

Q: Do you make gluten free cookies?

A: No we do not.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

A: Most of the time, yes. For custom orders, we require a minimum order of one dozen cookies. There are times throughout the year that we offer seasonal gift boxes for limited times. Those boxes generally contain six cookies.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes. We offer free delivery to Winchester, Chesterville, Russell and surrounding areas. There may be times we can deliver to other areas as well, however we may charge a small fee.

Q: Do you ship?

A: Not at this time. However, if you want to ship your order yourself, we can vacuum seal your order to preserve freshness for a small charge. This method of packaging will also help prevent breakage through the delivery process.
